The fees for tax advisory services are determined on the basis of the Steuerberatervergütungsverordnung.
Professional Insurance
HDI Versicherung AG, HDI-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover. The local range comprises Europe, Turkey and the states on the territory of the former Soviet Union including Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The insurance covers liability claims, asserted in the courts of these countries, and arising from infringement of or non-compliance with the law of these countries. Worldwide, the insurance covers liability claims arising from infringement of or non-compliance with foreign law pertaining to professional assistance with respect to the tax law of foreign states, where the contract is exclusively governed by Germany law.
Not covered by the insurance are liability claims asserted with respect to activities performed by subsidiaries, branch offices or other advisory offices abroad.
